A few questions

1) How would one go about getting a curse seal?
2) As far as clan creations go, is there anything off limits such as permanent stat boosting (starting with x in x substat(s), starting with an element, etc.?
3) How do advanced elements work, exactly?
4) Will there be any Genjutsu rules added?

1) Event limited, we're going to host quite a few events, and there will most likely always be an event active for some sort of plot or limited reason.
2) Off limits? As I always say, knowing a limit to a clan is not really possible unless you create the clan first. If you want stat boosts, make it balanced, have drawbacks equal to the stat boosts, etc etc etc. Balance is key.
3) Advanced releases are KKG only, your clan may have one advanced release. If it has multiple, within reason, such as the terumi clan's lava and boil release, then only one of the releases can be chosen. If they want the others, they'll have to get them implanted through the use of another's dna.
