(74 or higher). The clones contain 1/10th the user's max chakra themselves, and may move up to 20 meters away from the creator.

Description:

This ability can be deflected if a jutsu with a potency higher than 120 collides with it. Each blade deals 120 damage onto a target.

Once trapped the target is unable to move or breathe while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

It has a range of 0 (melee range,) a speed of 5 m/s, and a potency of 40.

The technique can be created a maximum of 5 meters away from the user, and a potency of 95 when it comes to defense. As the wall is a wall and cannot move, it has a speed of 0 m/s.

Description: This technique changes earth into fine sand by channelling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through. The user can pinpoint where they are, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface with proper sensory techniques and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. When underground the user can sense where they are underground using magnetism, but would need to use another form of sensory techniques to be able to sense what is going on above ground. Once every 100 meters of digging, the cost for jutsu is renewed.

The high-speed water ball attack can do damage. While this is a Water Release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra (1 second = 1 bullet, with the first bullet being created at 1 second, with a maximum of 5 balls.) The range of this attack is 20m, the speed is 10 m/s, and the potency is 60.

The blast is usually around 5 meters in radius. The range of this attack is 10m, being able to be created about 10 meters away from the user. The speed is 20 m/s, as in that is how long it takes for the fireball to expand, and to formulate away from the user. The potency of this attack is 70.

Alone, it has a speed of 10 m/s, a range of 40m, and a potency of 40, but when added to a thrown projectile weapon it adds to the projectile with the same amounts, adding 20 to the speed of the projectile, 40 to the range of the projectile, and 40 to the potency in damage of the projectile.

Description: The user flows chakra through all parts of their body causing it to become noticeably darker, using a snake hand sign, which increases their defensive power to its utmost limits by making the skin as hard as diamond, easily capable of withstanding most attacks with little to no damage. As a result the amount of techniques that can break through the areas hardened by the Earth Spear are close to zero, excluding its undeniable weak point: Lightning Release ninjutsu. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique. The user can also instantly harden their body without handsigns if it is a partial part of their body (like the side of the head or the lower arm and hand.) The range and speed of this attack are 0, increasing the durability of the user (or their selected body part) by 200, (with lightning based attacks dealing twice as much damage), as well as increasing the strength of physical attacks by one basic.

Description: The user spews a stream of chakra-infused gunpowder from their mouth after formulating 3 handseals, which surrounds the region. As the gunpowder is composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud, which can be used like a smokescreen. After surrounding the enemy with the ash, the user can ignite it with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion, burning the enemy. However, this technique requires keen senses to read the air currents, the insight to read the movements of the enemy, the tactical experience to not also enfold one's allies in the flames, and careful attention for the timing of the ignition. The range of this attack is 10m, and the largest size the ash cloud can become is 10 meters in diameter. The speed at which the cloud is created and blown out is 15 m/s, and the potency of the attack is 110.

Farren, you're only copy and pasting descriptions from the Wiki. While the wiki does indeed give in depth descriptions, it does not provide the statistics we need for this site. We need to know how large things are and how fast they move at different times. Simply saying a wall is created doesn't tell me how large or thick the wall is. Also, please stick to the template when making jutsu. These jutsu require a good amount of description, which is why we're offering EXP rewards.

Toga, you also need to be a bit more descriptive with sizes and speeds. Also, the water clones need stats of their own. A durability to see how much damage they can take before dissipating would be nice.

Joris, you're doing nicely but I can only ask for a few tweaks. Things like creating kunai and shuriken don't need a range or speed. Those depend on the person throwing. Just say how much damage the item does. When describing a speed, please place it in m/s instead of using the speed stat for simplification. Also please put the ranges in meters instead of in the stat. That one should be easy, just adding an 'm' to the number.

I truly am sorry to be so picky guys. But it's rather important when it actually comes down to the combat aspect of the fight. Be sure to use canon ranks as well. If the canon doesn't give a rank, make an inference. Make sure you include hand signs as well. There seems to be a large lack of that. Due to the absence in most descriptions, the template has been changed to include hand signs. Be as descriptive as possible without adding any fluff. I'll give an example for comparison.

Intelligent Hard Work has two stages and in each stage it is important never to pass the stat limit, which is 150. I included how large, how far, how fast and how strong each part of my jutsu was for all steps. Detail is crucial.

Bumping my five, if this isn't good, then I'm going to need a PM on what you meant exactly. I'm kind of at a lost for words in terms of what you're wanting on clone types. You seem like you're saying they need individual stats based on the person's strength, possibly changing based on the person who is creating them? While I'm not /completely/ inept or misunderstanding the gist of it all or anything, I am lost on what to write up for that field. This new system hasn't fully kicked in to me yet... I'll probably need help with that one if it isn't acceptable at this point in time. Just shooting you the scoop.

Regarding the clones, you should basically just say these clones have X durability/endurance. Whatever strength higher than that x hits the clones causes them to disperse. You'll also have to state a potency needed to disperse the clones. Example:

Blah blah, they have *adept* durability. Any strength higher than adept will cause them to disperse. A potency stat of 120 and higher is needed to disperse the clones, in the situation of a jutsu connecting with my awesomesauce Xarxes clones.

For Water Release gunshot, please include the size of the balls and how many can be shot. Take out the line "The high-speed water ball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot" as people will think it has guaranteed results.

For earth sphere state that it gives the user 200 durability and specify that lightning attacks do double damage. Also include how much more damage melee attacks do.

Take the bit about killing power out of Poison Mist, similarly to Water Bullet.

For Great Water Arm, state how much additional damage melee attacks do. I know you said 150 potency but it's not clear enough.

The small mud river is about 2 meters in diameter.

The size and length of the claw is determined by the user themselves but it extends as far as fifteen meters max, and does a whopping 170 wind-natured damage. The size is in comparison with a car.

Your water clones have too much fluff. Also water clones contain 1/10th of the user's chakra. Take out the speed on which they cast jutsu cause it wouldn't make sense for all jutsu they cast to be 15 m/s. Also clones require upkeep to be paid every turn.

Cloud Crescent also has a lot of fluff

Starch has a lot of fluff

Hidden Mist has a lot of fluff. You don't need to list applications of any jutsu, only what the jutsu does. Including "combos" isn't necessary and should be more left to the player to figure out. Also, hidden mist stops sharingan and rinnegan, but not byakugan. Please include a speed in which the jutsu is exhumed as well.

Crescent moon has fluff. Same tips as above

This isn't really a grade, more of a question. Does Vacuum sword cover a radius? Like all around the user?

This seal activates immediately after being fully drawn and a foreign source of chakra (anyone who did not draw the seal) comes into contact with the seal. This chakra can then be transfered to someone else, however the seal breaks upon the transfer being complete. It can not drain and transfer at the same time, which makes this seal one of the lesser chakra drainage seals.

Furthermore, when the inexhaustibly crawling snakes gather together, they become a defensive wall, and can block any kind of attack of A rank or lower the snakes will die essentially if an A-rank attack reaches them at the same time it's used to soak up the damage .
